Tozmoz Privacy Policy
1. Your Privacy
1.1 General. OAC LLC, which does business as Tozmoz (or “we”, “our” or “us”), takes very seriously the private nature of your personally identifying information. The privacy of all of our users is very important. This Privacy Policy describes how we use the information we obtain when you visit www.Tazmoz.com (the “Site”) or use the products, services offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).
1.2 Your Acceptance of this Privacy Policy. PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY. By using or accessing the Site, you are acknowledging and accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Please note that we may update this Privacy Policy FROM TIME TO TIME, FOR EXAMPLE AS WE change or develop the Site or Services. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the then-current Privacy Policy. For this reason, we recommend that you review the Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure that you understand and are willing to accept the current privacy practices of Tozmoz.
2. How We Use Your Private Information
2.1 Email Address. When you sign up for our mailing lists, a Tozmoz account, or other service or promotion that requires registration, you will be required to provide a valid email address. We will only use this email address to contact you as part of the transaction process, to send you periodic emails that you have subscribed to, or for purposes that are intended to enhance your user experience. We may also occasionally contact you to obtain feedback on a specific merchant deal in which you have participated. We will not share your contact information with third parties, except as provided in Section 5.
2.2 Name. When purchasing a deal voucher, you may be required to provide the full name of the person who will use it, whether that will be you or the person to whom you plan to transfer the voucher. We will only share this name with the merchant listed on that voucher. Your full name may be used by the merchant for the purposes of verifying that the voucher is valid. We will also collect your full name when you purchase your voucher to verify your credit card payment information. When signing up for our mailing lists, a Tozmoz account, or other services or promotions that require registration, you may also be asked to provide your name at that time so that we can personalize all communications you receive from us.
2.3 Financial Information. For certain services, such as our merchant deals, we also request credit card or other payment account information which are maintained by our payment processor in encrypted form on secure servers. We do not share this information with any third party except the companies responsible for processing our credit card transactions.
2.4 Demographic Information. We may occasionally collect demographic data, such as zip code, gender, and occupation. Providing this information is typically optional but helps us bring you better deals. We use this data to help determine which deals our users would most appreciate. We may also share this data with third parties, such as merchants featured on our site; however, no third party will be able to trace your personal demographic information back to you unless you have separately given your permission to do so.
3. Cookies, GIF Images and Unique URLs
3.1 Cookies. Like most sites, Tozmoz makes use of browser "cookies." Cookies are small text files placed on your computer's hard disk by our server. We use cookies to save you time while using the Site, remind us who you are, and track and target user interests in order to provide a customized experience. Use of this information helps us to create a more user-friendly experience for all visitors. Tozmoz does not use cookies to retrieve or track information that is unrelated to the Site or Services, except as indicated in Section 3.4.
3.2 Tracking Images. Tozmoz may also use transparent GIF images or similar (which are usually small, transparent graphic images) in emails we send to you. We use these images to track the viewership of emails we send.
3.3 Unique URLs. Tozmoz may also create unique links in emails that enable us to track on which emails you click.
3.4 Advertisements on the Tozmoz Site. We may also enable advertisers and ad servers to promote third-party products and/or services by placing advertisements on Tozmoz. These advertisers and ad servers may use cookies and/or "Web Beacons" or other tools (which are usually small, transparent graphic images) in order to monitor information related to served advertisements. Clicking on such advertisements will direct you to the website of a third-party and the advertiser. This Privacy Policy does not cover the privacy practices of any advertisers or ad servers.
4. Your IP Address
We may occasionally collect and store your IP address. This helps us diagnose problems with our servers, administer our site, gather non-personally identifying information about our users, and detect and prevent fraudulent activity.
5. Information sharing
5.1 Disclosure Generally; Consent. Tozmoz only shares your personally identifying information with other companies or individuals outside of Tozmoz in limited circumstances. Except in those situations identified in Section 5.2, we require your consent before we share any of your personally identifying information.
5.2 Disclosure to Third Parties.
We may provide personally identifying information to Tozmoz merchants if you have purchased an offer made by the merchant and the merchant needs such information in connection with the offer.
We may provide personally identifying information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other trusted businesses or persons for the purpose of processing personally identifying information on our behalf.
We reserve the right to transfer or assign the personally identifying information we have collected from you in the event Tozmoz is acquired by, or mergers into, a third party, or if we sell our Tozmoz business to a third party, or in the event we undergo any other form of reorganization.
We may share your personally identifying information when we believe in good faith that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce our Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Tozmoz, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.
6. Anonymous Information
We may create anonymous information records from personally identifying information by excluding information (such as your name) that would otherwise make the anonymous information personally identifiable to you. Generally, we aggregate this information and use it in statistical analysis to help us analyze patterns in the use of the Service. This Privacy Policy does not limit our use or disclosure of any anonymous information in any way, and we reserve the right to use and disclose anonymous information to our partners, advertisers and other third parties in our discretion.
7. How to access and update your personal information
Although we take reasonable steps to ensure that all data we use is accurate, we depend on our users to update or correct their personally identifying information whenever necessary. We make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personally identifying information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes.
8. Minors
Tozmoz does not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 13. If we determine that any content has been uploaded to the Site by someone under the age of 13, it will be removed. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, please ask your parent’s permission before using the Site and the Service.
9. Notice of Privacy Rights to California Residents.
California law requires that we provide you with a summary of your privacy rights under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (the “Act”) and the California Business and Professions Code. As required by the Act, we will provide you with the categories of personally identifiable information that we collect through the Site and the categories of third party persons or entities with whom such personally identifiable information may be shared for direct marketing purposes at your request. California law requires us to inform you, at your request, (1) the categories of personally identifiable information we collect and what third parties we share that information with; (2) the names and addresses of those third parties; and (3) examples of the products marketed by those companies. The Act further requires us to allow you to control who you do not want us to share that information with. To obtain this information, please send a request by email or standard mail to the address found below. When contacting us, please indicate your name, address, email address, and what personally identifiable information you do not want us to share with affiliated businesses or business partners. The request should be sent to the contact address at the end of this Privacy Policy, and labeled “California Customer Choice Notice.” Please allow 30 days for a response. Also, please note that there is no charge for controlling the sharing of your personally identifiable information or requesting this notice.
10. Our Security Precautions
We take the security of your personally identifying information seriously. We use secure server software, known as an SSL certificate, intended to ensure that sensitive personal and financial information is encrypted. We require all of our third party partners to use similar technology.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we employ commercially reasonable security measures to protect data and seek to partner with companies which do the same, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or from the Site, and are not responsible for the actions of any third parties that may receive any such information.

The Site may contain links to other websites. Tozmoz is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties or the content of these websites. If you follow these links you are responsible for reviewing the privacy policy of any third party website to determine that your personally identifying information is protected to your satisfaction.
