Can I use my voucher the same day I purchase it?

Unless the fine print of the deal specifies otherwise, you can use it as soon you print your voucher or receive your SMS voucher.


Why am I not receiving text messages with my deal information?

The most likely reasons you would not be receiving text messages are:

- You have not entered a cell phone number in your Account Settings

- You have entered a phone number that cannot receive text messages, such as a landline, or

- Your cell phone number is incorrectly formatted.  Please make sure that your phone number is ten digits without any spaces, dashes, or other punctuation.


I just purchased 2 vouchers and received a confirmation on my cell phone for each deal with a code # and password for each. How do I redeem these deals, or get a voucher, etc. to redeem them?

First, read the fine print of the deal. It may address any special instructions if they exsist, but in most cases, you can simply show the merchant the SMS version of the voucher (code and password) from your cell screen. You may also print the vouchers from your account, but it is really not required if you have an SMS copy and you have followed the directions in the fine print.


Can I get a refund?

If you have not redeemed your voucher, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase by emailing support@Tozmoz.com.


This voucher has my name on it. Can someone else use it?

Yes! It doesn't matter whose name is on the voucher. Feel free to gift vouchers if you wish.


Why won't the system let me purchase more than X number of this deal?

Some of our deals have a built-in purchase limit to prevent people from abusing these offers.  You can purchase up to the maximum number per user.  Always read the fine print to find out how many you can use yourself.


What's with the account credit?  How do I get account credit?

Right now your account balance is probably zero.  If you have any money in your account, you can use it to pay for part or all of your Tozmoz purchases.


I redeemed my voucher at the business, but the voucher status still shows "Not Used."

It may take a few days or a week for the status of your voucher to change to "Used," but the fact that you have redeemed it has been tracked.  Don't try to use it again!  The business will catch you, and they won't be happy that you tried to scam them.


PayPal

Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?

No, you don't.  If you don't see a place to put in your credit card information when Tozmoz.com redirects you to PayPal, look carefully for the link on the left side that says, "Continue."


My PayPal receipt has a Ship To address.  Are you going to send me something in the mail?

Your vouchers are available under My Account > My Vouchers.  We won't be sending you anything in the mail.
